  • 500 g Beef cut into cubes
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the beef broth, carrots, and cabbage. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
