Ingredients

  • 400 g thick noodles fresh or dried
  • 200 g pork belly sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the pork belly slices and stir-fry until they start to brown.
  4. 4. Add the cabbage and carrot, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. 5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
