Sichuan Chilli Prawns

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 3 tablespoon Chilli bean paste
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 stalks Spring onions chopped
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for another minute.
Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
Add the chilli bean paste, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir well to coat the prawns.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
