Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork Shoulder cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Sichuan Peppercorns toasted and ground
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 meters Sausage Casings soaked in warm water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grind the pork shoulder using a coarse grinder.
  2. 2. Mix the ground pork with all the spices, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and rice wine.
  3. 3. Stuff the mixture into the sausage casings using a sausage stuffer.
  4. 4. Steam the sausages for 60 minutes.
  5. 5. Let the sausages cool before slicing and serving.
