Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Shoulder cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon Sichuan Peppercorns toasted and ground
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Wine
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 2 meters Sausage Casings soaked in warm water
1. Grind the pork shoulder using a coarse grinder.
2. Mix the ground pork with all the spices, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and rice wine.
3. Stuff the mixture into the sausage casings using a sausage stuffer.
4. Steam the sausages for 60 minutes.
5. Let the sausages cool before slicing and serving.
