Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and curry powder, stir-fry for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the drained noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Add the bean sprouts and green onions, stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
