Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Flatbreads
  • 1 cup Yogurt for serving
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Spread the spiced beef mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove from oven and top with yogurt and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
