- 2 lbs Pork riblets
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder.
3. Place the pork riblets in the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
4. Grill the riblets for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
5. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
