  • 2 lbs Chicken wings Separated into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
