- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Chinese mustard, sugar, and chili flakes.
Pour the sauce over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is slightly reduced.
