  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Chinese mustard, sugar, and chili flakes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
