Ingredients 

Noodles

  • 200 g wheat noodles

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns, ground

Toppings

  • 100 g ground pork
  • 2 tablespoon peanuts, crushed
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, chili oil, sesame paste, sugar, minced garlic, and ground Sichuan peppercorns. Mix well to form the sauce.
  3. In a pan, cook the ground pork until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  4. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with cooked ground pork, crushed peanuts, and chopped green onions.
