Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes medium-sized, peeled and cut into thin slivers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 pcs Dried Red Chilies cut into halves
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 pcs Garlic Cloves minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the Sichuan peppercorns and dried red chilies. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the potato slivers and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crispy.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and salt, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot as a side dish.
