  • 8 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • ½ cup Cooked Shrimp chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  2. 2. Mix carrots, cabbage, shrimp, and mint leaves in a bowl.
  3. 3. Place a small amount of the mixture onto each rice paper wrapper and roll tightly.
  4. 4. Serve immediately with dipping sauce of choice.
