Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add mushrooms, garlic, and ginger to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish and place it in a steamer.
  4. 4. Steam for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
