- 500 g ground pork
- 50 g salted fish, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Mix ground pork, salted fish, egg, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, white pepper, sesame oil, and green onions in a bowl.
