Steamed Pork Belly with Rice Powder

Main Ingredients
- 500 g pork belly
- 100 g rice powder
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped green onions
Cut pork belly into slices.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, five-spice powder, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Marinate pork belly in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Coat marinated pork belly with rice powder.
Place pork belly in a steamer and steam for 1 hour.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
