Ingredients

  • 500 g pork belly
  • 100 g rice powder
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. Cut pork belly into slices.
  2. Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, five-spice powder, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Marinate pork belly in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Coat marinated pork belly with rice powder.
  5. Place pork belly in a steamer and steam for 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
