Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork ribs cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Fermented black beans rinsed and mashed
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 scallions Green onions chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine pork ribs, mashed black beans, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well to coat the ribs.
2. Let the ribs marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Prepare your steamer and bring water to a boil.
4. Place the marinated ribs on a heatproof plate and steam over high heat for 25-30 minutes until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
