Steamed Rice with Preserved Meat Recipe (Lap Mei Fan)
A traditional Chinese dish featuring steamed rice with a variety of preserved meats.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup Water
- 2 links Chinese Sausage sliced
- 1 piece Preserved Duck Leg cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Add the rice and water to the rice cooker and start the cooking process.
When the rice is halfway cooked, add the sliced Chinese sausage and preserved duck leg on top of the rice.
Continue cooking until the rice and meats are fully cooked.
Once cooked, drizzle soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice and meat. Mix well before serving.
