Steamed Silken Tofu with Soy Sauce & Scallions

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Silken Tofu about 300g
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 stalks Scallions finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1. Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them on a heatproof plate.
2. Steam the tofu for about 10 minutes until heated through.
3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and sesame oil.
4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the steamed tofu.
5. Garnish with finely chopped scallions and serve hot.
