  • 2 pieces Salted eggs peeled and diced
  • 4 pieces Fresh eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten fresh eggs, chicken broth, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
