Steamed Tofu with Minced Pork

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Tofu firm
- 200 g Minced pork
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon White pepper to taste
1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and place them on a steaming plate.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine minced pork, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch mixture, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
3. Spread the minced pork mixture evenly over the tofu cubes.
4. Steam the tofu and pork mixture over high heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
