Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork spareribs
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the spareribs in the bowl and coat them well with the sauce mixture.
  4. Arrange the ribs on a baking tray and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
