  • 500 g Amaranth leaves washed and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the amaranth leaves and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until wilted and tender.
  4. Season with salt to taste and stir well.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
