Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Choy Sum / Yu Choy washed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the Choy Sum / Yu Choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the greens are wilted.
  4. Mix in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the water and cover the wok. Let it steam for another 2 minutes.
  6. Uncover and give it a final stir. Serve hot.
