Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Firm Tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Black Bean Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
  4. Add bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add black bean sauce and soy sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
