Stir-fried Firm Tofu with Black Bean Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Firm Tofu cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Black Bean Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Onions sliced
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add black bean sauce and soy sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
