Stir-fried Lettuce with Oyster Sauce / Fermented Bean Curd

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Lettuce chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 cube Fermented Bean Curd optional
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the chopped lettuce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until it starts to wilt.
Add the oyster sauce (and fermented bean curd if using) and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
