  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cube Fermented Bean Curd optional
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped lettuce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until it starts to wilt.
  4. Add the oyster sauce (and fermented bean curd if using) and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
