  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the okra and stir-fry for 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
