  • 300 g pea shoots (dou miao)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Rinse pea shoots thoroughly and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add pea shoots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add salt and chicken bouillon powder, mix well.
  6. Serve immediately.
