- 300 g pea shoots (dou miao)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder (optional)
Rinse pea shoots thoroughly and drain.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add pea shoots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and chicken bouillon powder, mix well.
Serve immediately.
