Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Snow Peas trimmed
  • 2 pieces Chinese Sausage sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced Chinese sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Add the snow peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir well to combine.
  6. Serve hot.
