Stir-fried Snow Peas with Chinese Sausage Recipe
A quick and tasty stir-fry featuring snow peas and Chinese sausage.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Snow Peas trimmed
- 2 pieces Chinese Sausage sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced Chinese sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
Add the snow peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir well to combine.
Serve hot.
