Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Glass noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add the soaked glass noodles to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Serve the noodles in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions and cilantro.
