Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice Recipe (Lu Rou Fan)

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork belly cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Five-spice powder
- 4 cups Cooked white rice
Heat a pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.
Add the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, water, and five-spice powder. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve the braised pork over cooked white rice.
