- 4 eggs
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black vinegar
1. Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the eggs and let them cool. Gently crack the shells but do not remove them.
3. In a pot, mix water, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and black vinegar. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the cracked eggs to the mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Remove the eggs, peel off the shells, and serve.
