  • 500 g Green peppers whole
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the green peppers and stir-fry until blistered and slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the peppers.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
