Tiger Skin Peppers

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Green peppers whole
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the green peppers and stir-fry until blistered and slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the peppers.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve hot as a side dish.
