  • 200 g Tofu skin
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce vegetarian
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak tofu skin in warm water until soft. Drain and cut into large pieces.
  2. 2. Mix soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. 3. Coat tofu skin pieces with the sauce mixture.
  4. 4. Roll up the tofu skin pieces and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. 5. Steam the rolls for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Fry the steamed rolls until golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
