- 200 g Tuckahoe (Poria) powder
- 100 g Wheat flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine tuckahoe powder, wheat flour, and sugar.
3. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
5. Cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
