Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork Belly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fermented Black Beans rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Bean Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Green Onions cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the pork belly in water for 20 minutes, then let it cool and slice thinly.
  2. 2. Heat a wok over medium-high heat, add the pork slices, and stir-fry until browned.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, fermented black beans, chili bean paste, sugar, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot.
