Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
- 200 g Water Chestnuts peeled and sliced
- 1 L Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the pork pieces and cook until browned.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add the water chestnuts, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
