  • 500 g Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 200 g Water Chestnuts peeled and sliced
  • 1 L Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the pork pieces and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the water chestnuts, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
