Water Spinach Stir Fry Recipe (Ong Choy / Kong Xin Cai)

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Water Spinach (Ong Choy / Kong Xin Cai) washed and cut into 3-inch pieces
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the water spinach and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the water spinach is tender but still crisp.
Serve immediately.
