Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 potato, peeled and diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Wash the watercress thoroughly and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced potato and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potato is tender.
  4. Add the watercress and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
