Main Ingredients
- 1 medium Winter Melon peeled and cubed
- 200 g Pork sliced thinly
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the pork slices and cook until they turn white.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add the winter melon cubes and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot.
