  • 1 medium Winter Melon peeled and cubed
  • 200 g Pork sliced thinly
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the pork slices and cook until they turn white.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the winter melon cubes and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
  6. 6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
