Wonton Noodles Recipe (Wantan Mee)

Wonton Noodles
- 200 g Wonton noodles
- 200 g Pork minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Cook the wonton noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the minced pork and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
6. Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles and top with the cooked pork mixture.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
