Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 Egg
  • 20 Wonton Wrappers

Soup

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and egg. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. 4. Gently add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the top.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
