Ingredients

  • 100 g Wood Ear Mushrooms soaked and sliced
  • 1 piece Carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the wood ear mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced wood ear mushrooms, julienned carrot, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the mushroom mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
