Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Water room temperature

Filling

  • 1 cup Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and green onions.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
