Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cucumber, and carrot.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
